- To pass your request to one or more independent, licensed Colorado solar installers who serve your area so they can contact you.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share your request only with the partner installer(s) who will handle it and with the technical providers that host our site and database (Cloudflare). We do not sell your information to lead marketplaces or unrelated third parties.
Communications
By checking the consent box you agree that Sunlit Colorado and partner installers may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing hello@sunlitcolorado.com.
Your rights
Colorado residents have the right under the Colorado Privacy Act to access, correct, or delete personal data and to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data). Email hello@sunlitcolorado.com and we will respond within 45 days.
Retention and security
We keep requests as long as needed to service them and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit and reasonable access controls.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
